With extensive experience in both the B2B and B2C sales arena plus having sold both tangible and intangible products, it is rare that I have not come across a particular sales challenge.

I have trained hundreds of sales professionals throughout my career and focus on teaching how to sell with pride and confidence.  A salespersons dignity should stay intact throughout the sales process, so I teach salespeople how to reach and maintain equal stature to their prospect.  Salespeople have rights too!
