How it works

Our online survey tool takes your employees through a series of 36 topics  regarding specific elements in the sales  process and then has each participant rate both the task as well as  their own success in it.

Your sales  team members  will answer  questions fn selling skills. An example question may ask to define their  sales  process. This  answer would be two separate parts

  • On a scale of 1 – 5, how IMPORTANT is this skill to MY INDIVIDUAL success?
  • On a scale of 1 – 5, how EFFECTIVE am I at this skill?

Sales leaders will participate in a similar online survey; however, their responses to the 36 topics  are designed from a view of leadership. An example question may asks about a selling strategy their sales  team use and utilizing opportunities as they are developed.

The leader’s response will also two part:

  • On a scale of 1 – 5, how IMPORTANT is this skill to MY TEAM’s success?
  • On a scale of 1 – 5, how EFFECTIVE is MY TEAM at this skill?

The online tool analyzes the data and identifies the l biggest opportunities  between “importance” and “effectiveness.” The results  of this  analysis can be segmented by individuals, the sales team, and  as the entire organization .The results, shown graphically, provide a mathematical dashboard of your organization’s professional training needs, ranging from skill set to perceptions or misconceived notions.
